The costa del Sol. A little over two hours from most European capitals, placed on the southern fringe of Europe, in Andalucia, the Costa del Sol is brimming with features and facilities that will take your breath away.

Eastern Costa del Sol
This is a 54 km strip of coast east of malaga. Though highly developed, it cannot compare with the Western coast.
This area ends at Mara, on a coastal plain.Nerja is the most important centre on this coast and has grown rapidly.

Western Costa del Sol
The 100km of coastline westward of Malaga is highly developed from the point of view of international tourism. Communications revolve around Malaga International Airport (8km west of the city) and the N340 and N7 motorways.
