who are actively looking and are in a position to purchase
should they find a property with us. We will use all of
our skills, knowledge and contacts to help you find what
it is you are looking for.
Your
using us to find that property is what keeps us in business
and therefore we are pleased to reimburse you for all
flight and hotel costs incurred in connection with your
Inspection Visit with us, once a property has been found.
This offer is
certainly not the only reason that our clients come to
us, however it shows that we are a "people company" and
are happy to step out of the ring of normal practice demonstrated
by other companies in our market. It may only be a nominal
gesture, but at least Costa
