What if I decide I do not want to keep the property?

In many cases if you decide that you do not wish to go on to complete the final purchase of the property, you may be allowed to sell it on before completion. This however is not possible unless you have reached the Private Purchase Contract stage yourself. Many people have realised excellent returns on their money invested by executing this option.
